Responsibilities:

·   Identify and evaluate potential locations for new SSP shops based on market analysis and commercial viability. Conduct feasibility studies and ensure selected sites align with strategic business objectives.

·    Recruit qualified agents to manage and operate the new shops. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract right candidates.

·   Other renovation and setup of new shops by coordinating with third-party agencies. Ensure that all renovation work meets Robi’s standards and is completed within the specified timelines and budgets.

·     Plan and execute the launch of new shops, including organizing events and promotional activities.

·     Develop and implement communication strategies to create awareness and increase footfall in the community.

·     Collaborate with trade marketing team to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.

·     Manage multiple shop rollout projects simultaneously, ensuring all milestones are met. Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


·     Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure all aspects of the shop rollout are aligned and executed effectively.



Job Skills/Competencies Required

Educational Qualification:

Business graduate from a reputed university

Job Requirements:

4+ years’ experience in sales and distribution along with managing 3P resources and agencies
