Hiring Senior Full Stack Web Developer!

Full Time job : Monday-Saturday

Timings: 10-6 pm

Qualifications

• Back-End & Front-End Web Development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with real estate or e-commerce websites is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
• UX / UI experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Full-Stack Websites: Build and maintain dynamic, responsive websites for real estate listings, property management, and client interaction.
• Lead Website Projects: Oversee the complete lifecycle of website development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver websites that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
• Front-End Development: Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
• Back-End Development: Develop and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs to ensure efficient handling of property data, user authentication, and other services.
• Ensure Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure websites are fully responsive and optimized for a wide range of devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Optimize Website Performance: Ensure websites load quickly and efficiently, optimizing code, images, and other resources for peak performance.
• Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain databases for storing property listings, client information, and user data.
• API Integration: Integrate third-party services like property listing platforms, payment gateways, and mapping tools into the website.
• Web Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive client and property data, ensuring websites comply with data protection regulations.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure high visibility and ranking in search engines for property listings and company services.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues with website functionality, performance, and security quickly and effectively.
• Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented code, and ensure code quality across the team through reviews and best practices.
• Mentor Junior Developers: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring their growth and development.
• Stay Current with Technology: Keep up with the latest web development technologies, tools, and trends to keep websites modern and competitive.
• Support & Maintenance: Continuously monitor websites post-launch to ensure they remain functional, secure, and up-to-date.
