Strategy, Risk & Transactions

Through access to the global Deloitte network, coupled with our international experience and local knowledge, we offer end-to-end advisory capabilities for Strategy & Transactions and Risk, and Regulatory & Forensic services that are tailored to clients' unique business contexts. We assist organizations to develop a clear strategy, understand and manage the associated risks, and execute transactions in a way that aligns with its strategic goals and minimizes potential negative outcomes.

Work you'll do:

  • Conduct industry research and research on specific business issues by leveraging different materials, i.e. annual report, prospectus, etc.
  • Understand the business, operation and revenue model of the target company, and analyze business and financial information
  • Perform interviews with companies' senior management to obtain understanding on the company‘s historical performance, brand positioning and development plan
  • Conduct cold calls to collect basic information on the industry or on company itself
  • Draft questionnaire based on industry understanding and project requirement, participate in expert interviews
  • Participate in and assist with the drafting of report and/or other reporting materials to clients

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, Management, Science, Engineering, Economics, Environmental Studies and Information Systems Management. Other degree major will also be considered
  • Strong communication skills with high commitment to quality client service
  • Aspires to be a professional and demonstrated strong interest in our profession
  • Fast learner, with flexibility and adaptability to work on different industries
  • Good business sense and high sense of integrity
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially office
  • Willing to travel
