The opportunity is specifically in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) a specialized competency within the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) sub-service line under Assurance. Our team helps clients identify, measure, report and audit how social, ethical and environmental opportunities and risks could impact business performance and address their stakeholder reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, for example chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering or environmental science
  • Bachelor’s degree: completed within the past 18 months of applying to the graduate program
  • Master’s Programs/Master’s Degree: completed within the past 18 months with no relevant work experience for more than 6 months or students who started their master’s directly after completing their bachelor’s degree.
  • A good understanding of the issues and opportunities surrounding sustainability and the impact of sustainability on an ever-changing business environment, including knowledge of climate change policies and the carbon market
  • General understanding of sustainability best practices in areas of transformation, supply chain, digitization, business model innovation and value measurement
  • Flexible in attitude to deal with GCC mind-set
  • Strong technical, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language
  • Saudi nationals will only be considered

What you can expect

Step 1: Apply

After we review your application, you will receive an invitation email from ‘EY Careers’ to complete the EY online assessments. Approach the online assessments as you would approach any new challenge. It might be tough, but you can do it!

Step 3: On Demand Interview

Upon passing the assessments, you will receive an email invitation to complete a prerecorded video interview. You will be required to record yourself responding to behavioral based questions. Being yourself is key to passing this step of the recruitment process.

Step 4: Attend

Once you have been shortlisted, you may be invited to attend a recruitment day or an interview. This is your opportunity to visit our office, speak with our people and ask questions about life and work at EY.

Step 5: Receive
