Job Description & Qualifications

Your role:

  • Managing the marketing budget spending process,
  • Monthly and annual budget monitoring,
  • Coordinating and conducting meetings with budget coordinators of individual teams,
  • Preparing dashboards, charts and reporting budget usage,
  • Cooperation with Controlling (budget execution, monitoring budget reserves, forecasting future costs),
  • Collaborate with employees to understand their needs regarding budgeting, planning and compliance with procedures,
  • In the future, there is a possibility of expanding the responsibility to include conducting market research and analysis.

Your team:

The area you will join in Marketing is responsible for the comprehensive management of strategic marketing projects and the development of CX in the bank. The team also coordinates the collection of customer feedback from various sources, implements innovative work techniques focused on customer needs (Service Design, Design Thinking, Behavioral Economics). Implements activities aimed at improving consumer experience and their consistency of new solutions with the brand strategy. Organizes events within the bank to develop customer centricity.

Your experience and skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar tasks
  • Higher education
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Communication skills, meticulousness in action
  • Knowledge of Share Point will be an additional asset
