Job Description & Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the pre-sales support of the company's innovative projects, including customer interviews, demand analysis, pre-sales plan writing and explanation, product demonstrations, etc.;
• Responsible for the collection and analysis of industry trends, and provide support for product positioning;
• Responsible for the handling of various daily tasks during business operations;
• Responsible for the extraction and summary of typical customer cases in various industries, and continuously improve the pre-sales knowledge base;
• Engage in government affairs or people's livelihood business, such as human resources and social security, medical insurance, employment, etc.

Qualifications

• Graduates of the class of 2025, with a master's degree or above, majoring in labor and social security, sociology, public administration, labor and personnel, etc.;
• Have excellent communication and learning abilities, clear thinking, and good at summarizing;
• Have good theoretical knowledge, be familiar with the domestic social security system and related policies and design processes, and understand industry development trends;
• Those with business model innovation, ecosystem construction, and data product operation capabilities are preferred, and those who have published papers in conferences or journals in related fields are preferred.
