Deals Real Estate is a multidisciplinary team at PwC Polska, which includes 28 people. We specialize in real estate valuation, investment profitability analyses, as well as handling transactions on the real estate market and analyses of the most advantageous use/development of real estate. We deal with comprehensive real estate valuation in all market segments. We support clients with our analyses and valuations in the transaction and post-transaction process, in obtaining financing, including bank financing, as well as in the area of ​​financial reporting. 

Our team is made up of enthusiasts and we deal with the biggest players and transactions on the real estate market every day. 

Join us for the position: 

Consultant in the Real Estate team - real estate valuation

Your future role:

• preparation of real estate valuation reports,
• comprehensive analysis of real estate in terms of investment profitability assessment - evaluation of projects and investment opportunities (NPV / IRR analyses),
• preparation of complex financial models to facilitate investment and strategic decisions,
• presentation of analyses and conclusions to clients (preparation of reports and presentations),
• participation in consulting projects implemented for the largest business entities operating on the Polish and regional real estate market,
• cooperation with other teams in the field of real estate and other industries in which there is a real estate element (e.g. real estate valuation for the purpose of allocating the purchase price, estimating shares in a company, tax, etc.),
• cooperation with other teams at PwC in Poland and abroad.
• Apply if:
• you have at least 2-3 years of experience in real estate valuation and financial analysis on the commercial real estate market,
• you have the qualifications of a property valuer (other certificates, e.g. RICS, CCIM, CFA or similar qualifications are welcome),
• you have a higher education in finance, economics, construction, spatial management or another analytical discipline,
• you are interested in real estate and are constantly expanding your knowledge, 
• you have analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point,
• you can find innovative, unconventional solutions,
• you communicate fluently in English.
