Job Responsibilities

  • Be familiar with the legal documentation for bank credit facility, including facility agreement, board resolution and security documents. Perform legal documents checking for credit facilities and collaterals independently, and ensure all documents fulfill the requirements in Credit Approval Summary and bank policies.
  • Complete all system inputs for credit limits and collateral information, and ensure the completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform maker work for collateral maintenance and legal documents filing work.
  • Well understand bank’s policies and guidelines and department’s procedures with well adoption to daily work.
  • Have the capability for data analysis, to be responsible for regulatory and internal reports.
  • Displayed good teamwork and be willing to take the additional tasks assigned by checker.
  • Ensure efficient communication with checker or team leader on any urgency or exceptional issues.

Job Requirements

  • University degree above from a recognized university, law or finance major preferred.
  • At least 1 year bank working experience, preferably in Credit Control or Credit Admin function. Know the related regulatory requirements.
  • Familiar with bank credit products. Have a good credit file checking capacity and awareness of risk prevention.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
  • Towards work carefully. Able to withstand work pressure.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
