Your role

  • Preparing presentations in Polish and English, reports and other materials for business meetings.
  • Assistance in the implementation of current projects related to the use of construction chemical products.
  • Cooperation with organizational departments in the field of information flow and data exchange.
  • Performing administrative and operational tasks, e.g. settling invoices.
  • Preparing and participating in internal and external meetings, conferences and workshops.
  • Managing the meeting calendar and organizing business trips.
  • Support in conducting additional, diverse projects.

Your skills

  • Higher education (preferably technical) – Engineer on board always welcome!
  • Willingness to work full time (40 hours per week) – Time flies when you do what you love.
  • Masterful command of English and Polish – You can communicate with anyone without any problem.
  • Intermediate Excel skills – your spreadsheets are impressive.
  • A talent for creating presentations and informational materials – PowerPoint is your playground.
  • Independence and responsibility – No task scares you.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills – Because a well-coordinated team is the basis!
  • Commitment and willingness to continuously develop – You are hungry for knowledge and new challenges.
