Essential skills and experience: 

  • 1+ year of experience in a document controller role or similar administrative role; 
  • Education and/or experience relevant to administrative responsibilities; 
  • English at intermediate level as a minimum and willingness to take active, regular part in English courses provided by our organization; 
  • Good working practice of the full Microsoft Office suite; 
  • Have the ability to work as part of an integrated and international team; 
  • Proactive individual with good time management skills; 
  • A clear and effective communicator. 

Job Profile  

The role involves supporting major projects in managing the auditable flow of information both internally and that issued to our clients. You will work closely with the project teams both locally and internationally to support the delivery of projects.  
In the role you will be responsible for a variety of activities. These may typically include: 

  • Collecting and organising project documentation and information; 
  • Managing and maintaining  document registers and  change control registers; 
  • Coordinating and organising project team members to manage incoming and outgoing information; 
  • Ensure team members are following information management protocols, such as the project specific checking and approval process; 
  • Reviewing the programme an supporting the project teams with deadline reminders; 
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on deliverables.
