Responsibilities:

• Mainly involved in sustainable design for the planning of Eco Community and single building project. Conduct energy simulation, Daylight analysis, and CFD simulation, complete technical analysis report.
• Complete Green building/ WELL building certificate and related simulation and analysis.
• Cooperate with MEP for sustainable design and optimization.
• Research，collect and organize the application of green building technology at the forefront of the market.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in HVAC/ building physics with a sound knowledge of building physics fundamentals.
• Knowledge and experience in ESG/Low carbon/Sustainability/Climate Change is preferred.
• Be familiar with Microsoft office. Basic sill in Grasshopper, Dynamo, Python is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.

Work Location: Shenzhen or Guangzhou
