We are currently seeking an Associate, Institutional Sales and Service to join our Institutional Sales team. In this role, the successful candidate is expected to provide a wide range of operational and sales & marketing support to CI Global Asset Management's institutional business line.

What you will do

  • Client Support: Assist in managing relationships with institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing timely responses to inquiries.
  • Sales Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional market.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and identify potential clients.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to institutional clients.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends to support decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to enhance client experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in client interactions and documentation.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a financial services environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SalesForce CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid Work Environment
