Job Purpose
Field IT Intern will provide prompt and accurate technical support to local team, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key contributions
IT Services Delivery
- Performing Windows workstation support in a networked office environment and supporting or performing configuration and troubleshooting for office applications and services
- various enterprise software installation and configuration
- new user set up
- printer and network file share configuration and troubleshooting
- Make sure all policies, procedures and standards relating to information and telecommunication systems are followed
- Liaise and build strong relationships across the wider CCEP IT community and associated departments, including VIPs
- Highly Customer focused, identifying and responding to customer needs and ensuring customer service within IT Services is effective and exceeds requirements
- Collaboration with external IT partners and coordination of their activities
Technical Competencies
- Basic knowledge Windows, MS Office and other office applications in a networked environment
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and MS Exchange, TCP/IP routing and switching, IPT (Cisco CM & UCaaS)
- Understanding of ITSM platforms Service Now
- Setting up and support of video conferences using technologies such as Webex, Cisco Jabber and Telepresence
- Setup and deploy wide variety of devices (workstations, laptops, tablets) and wireless devices including iPhones/iPads
Qualifications
- High school degree in related technical field or equivalent experience
- Foreign Language
- English and Bulgarian : essential

The Program
This is a 9-month program, designated to take place during 2025 (expected between Feb-Nov) and would adapt to the company’s ways of working at that point of time;
Allows flexibility to the interns as they would be able to choose between full and part-time scheme;
Provides personal mentoring and support for the whole program duration, as well as multiple networking opportunities.
