• He has first experience and is interested in the HR area,
• Has a higher education degree, preferably in human resources management, psychology or related fields;
• She is independent and perfectly organizes her work, copes well in a dynamic environment;
• Is committed, goal-oriented and willing to initiate actions;
• Able to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships;
• Has very good command of spoken and written English;
• Has a very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

Your future role

• Participation in interesting projects related to the development of the organization and employees
• Supporting activities related to talent development and career path planning
• Preparing reports and analyses to support decision-making
• Managing and updating data in HR systems, ensuring their accuracy and compliance
• Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Managers and Team Leaders and support in current HR matters
