The sale of Leo Express, Sportisimo or Footshop, foreign acquisitions for KKCG, EPH's expansion into Italy, the launch of 10 start-ups or the expansion of Draslovka into the United States or the acquisition of real estate for the Cromwell European Reit fund; we have done financial due diligence everywhere. That is, an in-depth financial review of the company before its sale. And we are looking for a motivated team player for the due diligence team who will shed light on the companies we are buying and reveal all the skeletons in the reported results. We do not create documents for a drawer, but rather the basis for fundamental investment decisions.
