Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Client Reporting Consultant to produce and deliver accurate reporting requirements for DC pension clients. Acting as a role model, advocate and point of reference for DC pensions, its analysis and insight.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing, preparing, and producing regular and ad hoc, accurate and timely reporting for our DC Clients
- Preparing complex ad-hoc requirements to assist client with their needs in a professional format
- Attending site visits and client meetings with the team to deliver reporting propositions to new or existing clients
- Maintaining and developing the correct production of regular and recurrent reports, ensuring procedures are in place, understood, and followed
- Defining, developing, and delivering processes to ensure that a consistently high-quality service is provided to all internal and external customers by acting as a point of liaison between system owners and the department
- Co-ordinating, recommending, and reviewing any ideas for improvement, changes, or developments to reports and business tools obtained while pro-actively monitoring and reducing errors and omissions in all reports
- Analysing, challenging, and providing insights and intelligence surrounding trends and potential issues to improve the Governance Reports, controls, and client service
- Creating and implementing systems and reporting developments to deliver streamlined processes and reports
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of data collection, presenting options and basic mathematical functions required to effectively assess management information
- Prior experience of using Power BI
- Good grasp of financial services market dynamics, political, regulatory and economic issues affecting the sector
- An understanding of the DC Pensions industry would be desirable but not a requirement
- Previous client or customer facing experience and confident verbal and written communication styles
- An understanding of reporting mechanisms and the ability to talk through data and draw conclusions
