The International Chinese Graduate Programme is tailor made for newly-graduated Chinese Master Students and is an ideal opportunity to join a successful and ambitious international company. The programme is offering positions in four different departments; Finance, Marketing, General Manager’s Office and Medical Affairs and its goal is to develop young talents with a global mind-set.

Structure of the Programme

The International Chinese Graduate Programme for newly graduated master’s students is a 18 month journey, consisting of three rotations. The first rotation takes place in our regional headquarters in Beijing. The second rotation brings you to our corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Finally, your third rotation is back in China. The rotations will provide you with a broad platform for developing your business knowledge, working competencies and an international mind-set, while at the same time solidifying your understanding of our patients’ and customers’ needs.

Graduates from the International Chinese Programme are result oriented, have a strong personal drive, are good team players and are a good fit with our company culture. Specific candidate qualifications include:

  • A master’s degree in a relevant subject, such as Finance, Marketing or other Business related field
  • Outstanding academic achievements
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • An international mind-set and the ability to adapt to different cultures
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
