Analyst - Graduate, Hong Kong 

As an Analyst, your role is to connect professionals seeking situation-specific knowledge with industry specialists who possess it. Acting as an intermediary between our clients and targeted industry experts, you will take detailed client briefs, honing in on the specialist knowledge required. You will then identify, engage and deliver leading industry figures in response to these needs. Having mastered skills, you will take responsibility for managing your own projects, recruiting and coaching more junior colleagues, and building client relationships. Possessing the confidence to initiate conversations with professionals in diverse markets and business functions is critical to your success in this role.

Requirements

• Proven commercial drive and acumen

• Evidenced success in a professional and/or extracurricular field

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence people

• The confidence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-focused environment

• Strong academic credentials (including a minimum of 320 UCAS points and 2:1 honours degree, or equivalent, in any discipline)

• Fluency in English is a pre-requisite. Fluency in a second language is an advantage for this role.
