BP Malaysia is looking for students and new grads for its Internship and Graduate Trainee Program!

Graduate Trainee Program

Role synopsis The Finance Services provides a wide range of accounting and advisory services both regionally and globally. This includes Financial Accounting and Reporting, Performance Reporting (financial analysis, cost/capital/ cash forecasting and management), and Credit and Advisory services amongst others. The Finance Services also provides a talent pool to support Finance resourcing and related project activities in the region. We have developed a strong reputation and are recognized for providing quality and cost efficient services to the businesses and functions.

Key accountabilities The Graduate Trainee Programme is an intensive 12-month programme that provides the opportunity for talented individuals to accelerate their potential and jump start their career. Coached individually by a buddy and mentor, the graduate trainees will first undergo an intensive training period to equip them with a solid foundation and necessary skills & knowledge in order to be better prepared for the workforce. Upon completion of this essential training period, the graduate trainee will then be given the opportunity to rotate in different functions within Asia BSC.

Upon six months in the programme, graduate trainees will be eligible to pursue their professional accreditation programme such CPA, ACCA, etc
Essential Education
-Bachelor’s Degree and above in the relevant field (e.g.- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Studies)
-Final year students or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience
-Strong record of academic results with minimum Second Upper / CGPA 3.00
Essential experience and job requirements
-Malaysian citizen
-Open to work according to UK and US shift hours
-Be available to commence in August 2014 
 

Internship

Role synopsis Internships in Asia BSC are open during the last semester/year of your studies. It is a great opportunity to use your knowledge from what you have learnt during your studies and a good chance to increase the possibility of finding a job after graduation. As an intern you will be given a project to equip you with a solid foundation and necessary skills and knowledge in order to be better prepared for the workforce. Every year thousands of graduates are finishing their studies, so internships like ours will help you to stand out from the crowd.

Essential Education
- Bachelor’s Degree and above in Accounting, Finance,
Business Studies, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent in a relevant field
- Final semester / year students
- Strong record of academic results with minimum Second Upper / CGPA 3.00
Essential experience and job requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- Internship duration is not less 3 months
- Maybe required to work on shift
