BT Business Management Graduate Development Programme  

You’ll spend two years doing a rotational role. The areas you would explore include: 

• Business Operations 

• Contract Management 

• Marketing 

• Project Management 

• Service Management 

• Sales 

The programme will help you develop the skills and experiences you need to develop your career quickly within BT. Lots of our Senior Leaders have come through our Graduate Programme. Some have even become CEO’s. We need more people like them!  

Training and Development 

We’ll provide you continuous training, globally and regionally, including: 

• Core Induction in the UK 

• Multiple Leadership training courses including residential leadership week in the UK 

• Talent Master classes 

• Graduate Finale celebration ceremony in the UK 

• Individual mentor and development action plan  

Entry Requirements

• University education 

• Local students – 

Postgraduate degree with two scholarship rewards is preferred; 

Bachelor degree with at least three above 2ND class scholarship rewards is acceptable; 

The scholarship must be sponsored by university, social organisations or government

• Students abroad – 2.1 degree (or local equivalent)  

• Fluency in English 

IELTS 6.5 or TOFEL 90 or CET 6 520 or other acceptable certification required  

• The permanent right to work in China
