Trainee for Sales & Market Development for Mercedes-Benz Service Contracts(北京)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Your role will be primarily as a Sales & Market Developer within the Service Contracts Team and includes the following responsibilities: Facility planning management with the objective of meeting the targets (quality, cost, timeline, process).
- Be responsible for the achievement of sales figures of MB Service Contracts nationwide. 
- Analyze monthly targets and communicate goals to all regions.
- In case of deviation from sales figures take counter steps to achieve targets.
- Understand current market trends and initiate measures such as optimization of products.
- Manage the timeline & scheduling of resources according to objectives and targets.
- Manage the roll-out of new products and services across China.
- Identify areas of improvement within day to day operational processes.
- Communicate closely with Regional Offices and Dealers including regular onsite visits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business & economics, sales & marketing, International management, economics, business & engineering or similar majors.
- Maximum 4 years working experience. (For candidate with bachelor’s degree as highest academic degree, minimum 18 months working experience are essential)
- Experienced in sales/marketing in automotive industry.
- Intercultural competence.(Minimum 4 months overseas experience in required)
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in English.
