Role description:
An Innovation practitioner′s primary role is to assist in identification, evaluation, development, and launch of new/enhanced service offerings for Deloitte. The practitioner will be involved in executing strategic and high impact innovation projects for Deloitte. Typical projects are:

-Facilitating and managing ideation
-Exploring future trends and identifying potential business opportunities for Deloitte
-Developing business ideas into new services
-Developing go-to-market strategies for taking the new services to clients
-Conceptualizing and executing strategic projects to drive innovation within Deloitte

General Expectations:
-Excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
-Be able to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
-Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to quickly grasp new subjects
-Willingness to experiment and innovate
-Ability to think through a deliverable and present convincingly
-Excellent ability to execute and drive initiatives
