GradLink ′Dream Job′ Competition Winner Announced!

GradLink is pleased to announce the winner of the ′Dream job′ Competition that we ran in the summer!

 The competition asked for students to tell us their dream job and why. We are pleased to announce that the winner is Chaoyue Han with the following entry:

"My dream job is to be a civil engineer because I want to help build a more sustainable world which provides comfortable living circumstance for people."

We recieved some excellent entries, with students selecting a range of jobs, from Doctor, through to CEO, Astronaut and President! It was a difficult decision, and Chaoyue′s entry was chosen for being original, topical and visionary.

Chaoyue, who has recently completed a masters in Civil Engineering at Greenwich University, has won an Ipad Air 2. On receving his prize he explained ′Civil Engineering is very different in China where there is an urgent need for design and production to be environmentally-focused. The government is making huge investments in environmental projects.′

Chaoyue is about to return to China to begin his graduate career. He told us "I got a job interview opportunity with the help of GradLink UK. This is a significant step from studying to working for me. I love GradLink UK!′
