GRADUATE INDUCTION PROGRAM (GIP) - Nielsen

Nielsen China’s Graduate Induction Program (GIP) is open to students from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan graduating in 2014 and 2015. We welcome applications from graduates in any subject, at both Bachelor and Master levels, from universities across China and around the world. We are in search of enthusiastic individuals with diverse backgrounds.

The program aims to achieve the following things:

• Acquire the best talent through campus recruiting
• Help new graduates understand the Nielsen business
• Familiarize our new graduates with Nielsen’s working environment and company culture
• Equip them with sufficient technical knowledge and skills to perform their daily jobs
• Enhance their soft skills needed in daily work
• Accelerate their growth through manager coaching
