Graduate IT Consultant Programme - South Africa

FDM Group is a global IT services provider and leading IT graduate employer, with a number of high-profile clients worldwide.  Following the organisation’s growth, FDM now requires a number of Technical IT Consultants to work closely with key clients in South Africa.

FDM is currentlyseeking a number of high-calibre graduateswith the drive to work in Application Support, Software Development and Murex Production Support to join its award-winning Graduate IT Programme.

Successful candidates for FDM’s Graduate IT Programme will receive intensive technical training in a range of IT disciplines and technologies. Candidates will undertake their foundation training in Cape Town this January. Following this, candidates will complete their technical and professional training in the UK, at FDM’s London or Manchester Academy. Flights, accommodation and all reasonable expenses (agreed in advance) will be covered by FDM.

Once training is completed, candidates will then be employed by FDM as Technical IT Consultants, responsible for representing the organisation on client sites in South Africa and supporting clients for a minimum of two years.

Person Requirements:
Hold an IT, engineering or numerical science degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrate excellent communication, team working and analytical skills
Drive to build a successful career in IT
Posses the right to work in South Africa, prior to applying
Keen to relocate to the UK for the duration of the training period
