About 2015 GCM Management Trainee Program

- What is the aim of the Programme?

Develop a group of talented, nationally mobile young talents and fast track them to hotel management positions within 12 – 18 months of starting the Programme.

- What will I do?

You will start with an initial 12-18 month training that consists of rotation through all areas of the hotel; Opportunities are available to complete business-driven projects during the placement or to specialize in a particular area. The programme offers a competitive entry-level management salary and job placement opportunities at one of our participating hotels upon successful completion.

- Where will I be?

The location of your placements will depend on availability but personal preference is taken into account wherever possible.

- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Must speak, read and write English fluently

- Must be highly mobile

- Must have a passion for hospitality
