IKEA Young Potential Program

With a massive expansion plan for the next 5 coming years, IKEA Retail China is looking for more young talents to join in and be part of this; especially for, in a longer-term perspective, potentials who can fill in management and key positions.

The Young Potential (YP) program provides a key channel to develop our future specialists and leaders. It is a very inspiring career development project for high potential and young talent people!

Every YP will get one-on-one, face-to-face coaching and feedback from their IKEA store steering group member or the like. The YPs will grow in their roles to become qualified team leaders or functional experts within 18 months to 24 months time through systematic trainings and taking challenging responsibilities or projects in IKEA.

After this initial period of 18 to 24 months, the acceleration towards becoming a store steering group member within the following 3 years should take place.

Requirements : 

* Have 1-2 years working experience, preferably, in retail

* Have a genuine interest in retailing and enjoy working with customers

* Eager to learn and initiatively take responsibilities

* Have a good English level, spoken and written

* Fully mobile (domestic or international)

* With some leadership experience are preferred
