They offer an I-Grad Future Leaders Programme for graduates in their Asia, Middle East & Africa region that lasts 18 months.  If you’re ambitious and geographically mobile, the I-Grad Future Leaders Programme is the launching pad for a career you can be proud of – leading the business and the buoyant, fast-expanding hospitality industry into the future.

In the first six months, you′ll learn how each of the functions within the hotel contributes to the overall success of the business. This will involve spending time in teams in the Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Kitchen Operations, Sales & Marketing and Administration. Once you′ve had a taste of all these different functions, you’ll choose an area you′d like to specialise in. A six-month supervisory-level programme will give you the chance to dive deeper into the functional area of your choice. Here, you′ll get valuable work experience, take responsibility for managing a team and see the impact you can have on the performance of your hotel. In the final phase, you′ll work as a leader in your specialist department and experience what life will be like on completion of the Programme. You′ll also own and drive a project during your six months in the department. At every stage, you’ll have an excellent support network behind you, including a mentor and buddy. The training we provide is second to none and your leadership development starts the day you join us.

There are 60 vacanices for their Asia, Middle East and Africa region with a closing date of April 2014.
