Intern - Customer Support Engineer

Job Description
To provide Email, Telephone and Web based support to our worldwide customers on our products.
Required Skills
a)    Engineering graduates in Computer, electronics and Communications stream with relevant experience or Diploma holders from recognized institutes in Computer, Electronics and Communications stream or Masters in IT or MCA or Equivalent Sound Networking Knowledge - theory and practice
b)    Should be familiar with high-end network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, firewalls etc
c)    Candidates with Cisco, Microsoft, Sun certification and exposure to Network Management tools and RDBMS will have an added advantage.
 
Skills Required:
 
a)    Solid knowledge of Networking.
b)    Excellent written and oral Communication Skills including good listening ability and telephone handling skill.
c)    Willing to work in Evening Shift.
