We are offering an internship for a period of three (3) or more months to highly motivated and talented students. The intern will be working in our Regional Controlling Group for Beauty Care, supporting a dynamic team which will provide an opportunity to obtain detailed insights into the daily needs and information requirements of our business. An internship at Henkel gives you a chance to make practical and creative use of the knowledge you have gained at university.

Regional controlling intern- Beauty care 

What we offer

• Opportunity to take part in driving the Controlling Group of the Beauty Care business team to support cross business unit projects

Who we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor′s or Master′s degree in business studies, marketing, or any other related fields
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and experienced in data gathering, consolidation, and clean-up of data
• Able to analyze with common Microsoft Excel tools and formulas, e.g. PivotTable, Vlookup, etc.
• Has excellent verbal and written English communication skills -- fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• A structured and logical thinker who is responsible, proactive in seeking for advice to drive things forward, and highly adaptable

Intern - Lab Technician

What we offer

• Assist chemists on basic lab sample analysis work
• Assist the product development team on administrative tasks

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with major of Chemical, Polymer Science or other related fields, and will graduate after 2015
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written
• Willing to work for at least three (3) days a week, for a total duration of three (3) to six (6) months 

Intern - Regional Purchasing Services

What we offer

• Contribute to the global and regional sourcing strategy for services (categories include fleet, human resource-related services, facility management and marketing) across all business units and functions
• Support the requesting departments with the organization of tenders by analyzing the service requirements, market conditions and value chains in Asia Pacific
• Handle activities with a direct impact on savings targets, as well as on targets related to payment term prolongation and supplier consolidation
• Identify optimization potential
• Support the team with the negotiation preparation and join the supplier negotiation itself 

Who we are looking for 

• Current college student with a business related course
• Excellent English and Mandarin language communication skills
• Must have structured approach to complex topics, strong analytical skills and accountability
