J.P.Morgan Asia - Opportunities for U.S. & U.K. students

Our Asia Footprint

Global finance demands a global mindset. If you′re fluent in one (or more) Asian languages and you have an understanding of this dynamic region′s culture, your experience here can open up more doors than you may have realized. With our business in this area developing faster than ever, the opportunities are there for the taking.

To learn more about our presence in Asia, visit J.P. Morgan in Asia in the About Us section.

Working in Asia Pacific

You′ll find that our colleagues come from a diverse mix of cultures from around the world. The scope of your everyday work will encourage you to collaborate with colleagues in other Asian countries, and in some cases you may partner closely with the U.S. or European teams. In addition, you will have opportunity to experience the excitement and exposure of travelling around the Asia Pacific region.

Here we will encourage you to take early responsibility, participate in real projects and work with senior people, more often and earlier than you′d expect. You′ll work with a variety of clients, gain experience on high-profile deals - and you′ll be given every chance to shine.

Training and Development

Once you join us as an intern or a full-time Analyst/Associate in our Asia Pacific team, you will participate in an induction at a key Asian city. Pending on your program, you may also have the opportunity to participate in an intensive global training program in New York, where you′ll meet peers from around the world and start to build your global network from day one.  And your training won′t stop there. Once you return, you′ll continue to build your skills through training opportunities offered throughout your career.

Learn about internship and full-time training in the Programs section.
