Management Trainee @ Ericsson

Job Summary

Identify, gather insights and analyze players, businesses, technologies, behavior and attitudes in the market. Provide actionable insights, foresight and forecast to Ericsson on e.g. competitors, customers, adjacent industries, suppliers, end user trends and consumers, to influence strategy, product and service development and market making. These insights will also be used to position Ericsson as a thought leader. Develop new methods and tools for analysis, and contribute to BI processes improvements.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Develop strategic market forecasts
  • Support sales & marketing with tactical intelligence
  • Perform industry, business, market, consumer, competitor, supplier, technology and brand marketing analysis/intelligence
  • Category Marketing Intelligence
  • Drive BI data collection, compilation, analysis and reporting
  • Communicate insights and drive discussion
  • Manage projects and networks
  • Develop and evaluate methods and tools, source, maintain and distribute BI
