Mercer IPS Data Centre VBA Intern Recruitment (Shanghai)

Department Introduction:

Information Products Solutions is a global business that brings together Mercer’s worldwide human resource information capabilities. IPS’ services are centred on meeting the information needs of HR and compensation and benefits professionals within Mercer’s target client organization. This is achieved through delivering a wide range of services and products designed around pay, benefits and expatriate information.

Primary Objective

The position supports to update internal VBA tools for benefit survey. 

Key responsibilities:

1. Update internal excel macro (using VBA) according to business needs

2. Provide improvement suggestions

3. Simplify and enhance tool usage interface

1. Attention to details and able to deal with large quantity of data

2. Be Conscientious of time and quality

3. Effective communication and team work

4. Time management skills and able to work in multiple tasks concurrently

5. Individual must be highly motivated and able to work independently

6. A good command of VBA is a must 

Proficient in the following have advantage:

1. Junior student (大学三年级) preferred

2. Good command of English 

Internship period

3 days per week minimum starting from June
