MACH Program

What is MACH?

MACH is the abbreviation for Microsoft Academy of College Hire (MACH) and it is an 18-24 month comprehensive on-boarding and development program custom designed for our newest Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT College Hires. MACH employees who get the most out of the experience take ownership of their learning, apply it and initiate conversations with their manager and mentors on how to improve their performance, in addition to how to derive the most from the unique development opportunities that are provided.

MACH Summer Intern Program

MACH Summer Intern Program is an important part of the MACH Program. It enables students to understand and touch Microsoft, meanwhile, students could better prepare themselves for an FTE job in Microsoft. Summer intern program starts in March and in the following April there will be online test. The interview phase lasts from April to May and we will deliver the offer by mid-June.

What you can get?

•Have the priority to be MACH Program participate

Students graduating before July, 2015 will have the chance to apply for the MACH program related positions earlier than external candidates after finish the internship.

•Mentor Program

Are you worried about your life would be bewildered in Microsoft? Every intern will be assigned to a mentor who will guide him/her not only in work but also in daily life once onboard. He/She will support you to finish the internship program successfully and help you switch your role from a student into a business elite.

Requirements

•Will graduate before July, 2015 preferred

•Must be able to commit at least 3 months full-time internship

•Technical background related students preferred
