Positions available from Jet Airways for Fresh Graduates

Like flying? Thinking to join the aviation industry? Then Jet Airways have a various positions available for Graduates like you: Customer Service Assistant, Security Assistant, Rostering Assistant, Flight Analyst, and Cabin Crew.

Customer Service Assistant
Provide efficient guest service and optimize revenue. Perform various customer service functions at the airport (check- in / boarding gate and ramp). Perform allocation assigned as per the roster. Check status of all flights including catering uplift and adjust as required. Handle special situations and conditions. eg. - Flight disruption / cancellation / overbooking. Carry-out the upgrades according to the guidelines in respect of overbooking. Personally deal with denied boarded and off-loaded guests, irate guests on exceptional basis. Ensure safe / efficient operation of all activities at the Airport. Ensure all ground handling activities are conducted as per Airline standards and policies.

Security Assistant
Access control and surveillance to the aircraft including parked aircraft. Surveillance and profiling in allotted areas. Surveillance, screening and control of registered baggage of Passenger, Baggage Make Up Area / Baggage Break Up Area. Catering and Cargo security. Screening / X ray point duties. Travel document checks. Special Security measures as and when trained for.

Rostering Assistant
To update system and validate all required data in the operating system. To schedule and Monitor pilot rosters. To plan and administer, training and operations, for cockpit crew. To monitor and track Aircraft and Cockpit Crew Movement. Ensure optimum utilization of crew meeting all legalities and to ensure stability of planned cockpit crew roster. To maintain all records as per requirement and Company policy.

Flight Analyst
Be responsible for critical flight management, key performance indicator (KPI) analysis and post flight reviews, recommendations and forecast generated by Airmax on regular basis. You will look after inventory allocation / discount class allocation based on guidelines, reduce spoilage & dilution on flights based as pre agreed targets and provide feedback or suggestion to Market Analyst for any pricing action or adding / reducing production in view of changed / anticipated demand.
