Responsibilities 

 Accumulate a strong candidate database within your specialized job function for one certain Industry;

 Source, interview and meet candidates to find good opportunity for them;

 Manage multi-recruiting pipelines / job openings and hit revenue / KPI targets;

 Initiate regular client visits with team members for Business Development;

 Closely contact with client window and follow up with job status;

 Manage client relationship and provide key client services;

 Maximize the usage of candidate / client / vacancy resources, cross-selling with other colleagues;

Requirements 

 Bachelor or Master Degree, prefer oversea background (Chinese nationality);

 Good image and proactive attitude;

 Excellent internal and external communication skills

 Result driven, strong team working spirit and willing to work under pressure;

 Extrovert, mature and strong business sense;

 Fluent English;
