Our employees use 1,000 different systems, and require user support across 85 countries. GTO is key to the Bank’s success and provides the foundation for our operation. 

GTO is organised around an Engineer, Build and Run model that brings technical and operational design together. The business is constantly evolving and drawing inspiration from the best-in-class product manufacturers.

Working in each of the major business areas you will partner with our front office teams, learning directly from our people. In Commercial Clients, you will get the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs and business owners in one of our most dynamic client segments.

Commercial Clients provides solutions for companies during one of their most exciting phases; the critical growth transition from a small business to an entry level corporate. These can be entrepreneurs and local businesses on one end of the spectrum to mature or fast growing middle market companies at the other, most who have expanded internationally. 

Our team helps them facilitate trade with their buyers and suppliers, manage their working capital and transactional needs, assist them in managing volatility (currency, commodity prices, interest rates), as well as provide markets and corporate finance solutions when their needs become more complex.
