Syngenta Trainee position: Process Operations

Description

Operational responsibility

Check the raw material to be used for batch and ensure that physical conditions, batch number and quantities are as required.
Execute the batches as per BVO.
Operate equipment/General operations (tanker unloading) as per SOP.
Execute good housekeeping in the plant.
Fill in the log sheets and other protocols, ensure its completeness and veracity.
Raise any incidents/deviations to Shift leader.
Fill out permits to work, co-ordinate maintenance activities as per permit and HSE standards
Perform any SAMACO, HSE walk through audits as assigned
Coordinate operational activities within and across other functions in shifts.
Maintain HSE & Q standards while operating the plant.
Take charge and handover charge from previous and to succeeding shift in an orderly manner.
Ensure completeness of all documents/records including abnormal occurences.
