Job description
You are going to establish an upcoming E-Commerce organisation (B2B / B2C ) from scratch with Top Management. Your key responsibilities shall be:

·         Assist Top Management in establishing the marketing, application usability and customer support teams to achieve the overall business goals.

·         Work closely with Top Management for establishing & standardizing operational processes in the organisation. Aligning business processes to achieve business goals.

·         Collaborate with all stake holders & top management. Understand Functional Requirements & Application Specification and work closely with Application Development Team to ensure that these are mapped to actual application.

·         Validate the requirements with Key Influencer / Application Users, and if require initiate the change request process.

 

Desired Skills and Experience
Product Management : Business Analysis, Business Process Documentation, Requirement Management and Validation. 
General Management: Operational Management, Key Performance Monitoring, Contract Management, Vendor Management

 

MBA with IT Background with 3-4 years of experience in the field of E-Commerce Product Management or overall management is desired.
