The Management Trainee Program requirements

Bachelor degree and above, graduate in 2014
Majors in Immunology/Microbiology/Preclinical Medicine/ Bioscience/ Clinical Medical/ /Nursing/Materials Engineering/ Pathology preferred
Integrity and strong learning ability
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Persistence and passion
Strong motivation for sales excellence
Fluency in both oral and written English
