The China Group Technology & Operations (GTO) Banking Associate Programme is a 14-month programme offering structured rotations and training for recent graduates. Comprised of two comprehensive rotations within Technology or Operations, combined with a stretch assignment where you will participate in a GTO business project or cross function project, the programme offers an excellent development platform to grow and succeed with the Bank in this emerging market.
Our GTO Banking Associate Programme welcomes people who are creative thinkers, open-minded and above all ambitious.
Graduates can select from one of two streams - Operations or Technology.
The programme structure is tailored to the stream you select. Regardless of which stream you choose, all graduates will receive personal career guidance from senior management, experience rotations and undergo extensive training to equip you with the relevant skills and knowledge to accelerate your career with us.
You will also have the opportunity to work in different locations, either during your rotations or on deployment.
