What is MACH?
MACH stands for the ‘Microsoft Academy for College Hires’. The MACH program is an accelerated career development program that aims to provide worldwide undergraduate and graduate employees in Microsoft with a smooth transition from academic to professional life. The Program is an 18-24 month comprehensive on-boarding and development program custom designed for our newest university hires. The MACH program enables you to start strong, build your networks and drive your long-term careers at Microsoft. We do this by offering you world-class training designed to set you up for success at Microsoft, a global community with thousands of current MACHs and MACH program alumni in over 60 countries and coaching from some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Who is eligible for the MACH program?
• Have completed or is on-track to complete a Bachelor′s, Master′s or PHD Degree by the time of hire OR Have graduated from their full time degree program less than 12 months or 365 days prior to their Microsoft start date
• Have less than 18 months combined corporate work experience
• Have not been employed at Microsoft for more than 12 months or 365 days before MACH consideration

Who is eligible for the MACH MBA program?
• Have completed or on track to complete a fulltime MBA program by the time of hire.
• Have accepted a Microsoft FTE position no more than 6 months following graduation from their MBA program
• Have no more than 7 years combined work experience prior to attaining their full time study MBA degree be considered for Microsoft industry positions.

Account Technology Strategist
Microsoft needs world-class sales professionals to drive our consumer and enterprise growth as well as to build and maintain our partner ecosystem. As an ATS you will work with both business and technical decision makers in a pre-sales capacity. The ATS serves as a key player in a virtual team; responsible for enhancing the technical relationships with customer accounts. If you are passionate about interacting directly with our customers and being on the front lines to bring the magic of software to consumers and businesses, we will provide you with a dynamic tool kit to enable you to hone your sales craft to become trusted advisor and strategic contributor to our business.
Licensing Sales Professional
As a Licensing Sales Professional, you will provide licensing solutions to your customers with a focus on volume licensing programs. You will work closely with regional account executives, customer purchasing, and licensing contacts to provide licensing solutions for customers. Your role will include negotiating agreement terms and conditions, being the single point of contact for internal and external sales contracts and licensing issues, and developing pricing scenarios and cost/benefit analyses. Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you have the opportunity to help us achieve new levels of profit and growth by working to shape our future strategy and address critical business challenges. You will work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to identify, evaluate and execute upon strategic growth, partnership and acquisition opportunities.
