RBIS’ Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) is a 2-year leadership development program that accelerates careers and continuously develops talent. During the program, you will go through a series of functional and leadership development opportunities including the followings:

  • 3-week LEAN immersion onboarding training
  • Cross region / function rotation opportunities and exposure
  • Coaching from vice presidents, directors and senior leaders
  • Robust functional and leadership training framework
  • Fast career track to be a regional professional

The GOLD program offers career development opportunities in the various functions. Today, there are more than a hundred of GOLDs and GOLD graduates working in Avery Dennison around the globe.

Operation & Supply Chain Field: career opportunities in global manufacturing, regional supply chain planning, regional procurement & logistic, enterprise LEAN sigma and total quality

Commercial Field: career opportunities in global retail-brand owner sales, regional factory sales, regional customer service management and global market development

Finance Field: career opportunities in regional financial analysis and planning, plant accounting & costing, controllership and corporate compliance
