Business Planning Graduate
Commercial Business Planning:
1- Update price increase workbooks to be used for the PI scenarios. This includes updating data from system.
2- Daily sales reports
3- Daily preparation of the promotional tracker.
4- Trained to load master contracts into TTM. Commercial business planning manager will then be allowed to review these and thus ensure a 2 stage approval process is set up. This will also involve the beginning of the year process does not result in a week of down time.
5- Monthly KAM file of the CAF and CANN to be completed for review by manager at month end before the call.
6- Monthly requests from the KAM team for data on accounts and any ad hoc data pulls.
7- Assist in building of customer P&L reports
8- Assistance in monthly R&C review. This will include pulling of TTM reports and presenting them in format usable to hold discussion with KAM team.
9- Work together with AR team to calculate all Tier 2 manual R&C that are run outside of TTM.
10- Assist in preparation of the Fuel committee pack on a monthly basis . This will not involve carrying out requests but rather updating templates for latest SNOP data and actuals.
11- Assist in the annual and Quarterly growth calculations as these are run manually outside of TTM.
12- Assist with month end
Overhead/reporting (excluding salary information):
13- Assistance with jnl posting at month end (standard jnls can be prepared to be posted by transactional team), I can do the calcs for provisions and entries posted into SAP by the grad
14- Follow up with transactional/creditors team regarding posting of entries at month end
15- Follow up with PAs during the month regarding the raising of POs and correcting allocations
16- Assist during the month with preparing landing files of the less complex cost centres for discussion with stakeholders
Material cost controlling:
17- Milk invoicing analysis - checking the accuracy of SAP receipts vs Farmer Invoice
18- Extracting consumption volumes from SAP for monthly productivity calculations
19- Confirming negotiated productivity numbers with the contracts in SAP
20- Maintenance of raw and pack actual price by month
21- Updating monthly milk files
22- PPV analysis for co-packers
