Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality execution service for customers who are investing in Dual Currency Investments (DCI).
  • Driving the growth of phone executed DCI trades through client relationship management
  • This includes
  • Being the first line of business support for phone execution of DCI trades by customer
  • Service provision to customers which includes
  • § monitoring the FX market
  • § provide information of FX and economic markets
  • § providing recommendations based on customers’ objectives
  • § Providing information upon expiry of DCI trades
  • Involves reports and other tasks that are related to care and ownership of DCI business or orders sent to desk
Requirements
  • Possess strong interest in financial planning, FX and/or investment.
  • Possess strong communication skills and ability to read/write in Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Relevant graduate degree would be an added advantage
  • Candidates with short experience in consumer banking and/or sales will be preferred
  • Phone banking or telesales experience may also be relevant
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
