LVMH Watch Jewelry Greater China Regional office has a portfolio of 3 markets and 5 brands (TAG Heuer, Zenith, Hublot, Chaumet, De Beers).
To support its growth in Greater China, we are looking for Management Trainees to provide analytical & consolidation management reports for Regional management to monitor business and drive for profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
· To produce monthly sales analysis & various management reports to regional management.
· To perform functional and consolidation tasks in annual budget, reforecast exercises and strategic plan.
· To evaluate, validate, and submit all investment projects (CAPEX) of region request.
· To assist on specific project under responsibility of Regional President.
(1) Monitor actual business result through standardized regional reporting
· Analyze all brands’ topline (sell-in & sell-out) trend in all markets :
- Analyze and compare sales performance by brand, channel, and period.
- Compile sell-out trend by products SKUs, series and by customers / POS.
- Monitor and consolidate direct-run and franchised boutiques sell-out on weekly and monthly basis.
- Benchmark sell-out trend with competitors and Swiss Export data.
· Analyze monthly financial results including P&Ls, B/S, Cash Flow indicators
- Review and monitor subsidiary P&Ls, as well as direct run and franchised boutiques’ P&Ls.
- Consolidate regional P&L and Summarize P&Ls comments for the region, including analysis on margin structure, marketing spending and OPEX variance.
- Monitor B/S and Cash Flow indicators, including DSO, receivable overdue and inventory KPIs.
(2) Consolidate budget and forecast plans for region and develop benchmark for key figures
· Consolidate, and produce comments on budget P&Ls and Key Figures analysis per brand per market.
· Benchmark regional OPEX and headcount efficiency.
(3) Evaluate, validate & submit all investment projects (CAPEX) of the region.
· Review CAPEX key assumption, including sales, margin, OPEX, and profitability.
· Benchmark actual performance vs. CAPEX
(4) Assist Regional President in preparing executive meetings presentations
· Consolidate markets data & reports.
· Summarize regional performance key figures.
· Analyze markets sell-out trend from different angles.
· Produce management score cards for each subsidiary/brand.
· Update specific wholesale/retail project progress.
Job Requirements:
· Master graduate or above with major in Finance
· Knowledge of IT would be a plus
· Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin
· Experience in business analysis and project management in wholesale & retail industry is preferred
· CPA or CFA is preferred
· Experience with BIG 4 is preferred
· Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of any ERP system and SAP is a plus
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
· Attention to detail
· Self-motivated, flexible, positive thinking, creative and effective
· Able to work well independently despite demanding time pressure and flexible to accommodate changing business needs
